Advantage Tire & Wheel

I called and was ready to make an appointment to bring my car in for a new radiator because of a leak and charge up the AC. Jim said bring it now and if you need a ride back to work they offered to get me back. Took a couple hours and a new radiator, cold AC and she is running great! They are fast and very courteous. I have used them before.

I just purchased tires and wheels for my land cruiser. Jim did a great job of helping me pick the right sizes to achieve the look and function I was after. They even did some mild modifications to get the tires to fit right. Communication was on point for the Hole process. Couldn't be happier.

Nice owner, but a disturbing event occurred when my car was returned with wrappers, cigarette butt and sex lubrication bottle in the back of my suv (no joke). When I reported this awkward event to the owner, he and his son did not seem surprised and informed me this employee took my car for a "test" drive one day and allowed him to take it to lunch. Upon learning that- they also informed me that this employees had a habit of taking peoples cars for extended periods of time exceeding a rather short test drive. Shockingly, the guy is still employed there, and they have offered nothing as far as compensatory to me; To make matters worse, they simply say he's been reprimanded and nobody else will drive my car… Well, that's not the point the point is they have knowledge that this employee is taking personal cars out for joy rides having some type of personal activity in cars. To say the least, I was disappointed and I find this is more of a safety issue than anything. Not to mention whatever was on my seats ...I had to clean off and I'm afraid to even ask what it was. And the more I reflect on the experienced, the more vile it becomes. They also failed to button up my undercover

Most unprofessional jerk I have ever had the displeasure to talk to answered the phone. I asked “Does this place offer tire repair services?” The jerk says,” been in the tire business for 30 years yes.” I say “Great how much does that service cost on average?” The guy says, “Haha im gonna have to let you go. If you want to be like that go shop somewhere else.” Like what? If you didn’t offer that service and didn’t want to give me any sort of ballpark answer why did you say it’s something you do? Absolutely will not be taking my business anywhere near these jerks.

Took me in almost immediately as a walk in for a rotation, alignment, and oil change. Got me out the door and on the road in more than reasonable time with fantastic service. Also holy Moses I had NO idea how bad my car’s alignment was until I brought it to them. Feels like a different car now that’s how out of whack it was. THANK YOU Jim!!
